Shipping costs are visualised in the cart once the products have been added. Deliveries are made by courier from Monday to Friday during office hours. We do not offer shipping or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
HOW WE CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS
For orders shipped within Italian territory:
- Free shipping on orders over €49
- €8 for orders under €49
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the package's volume/weight as follows:
- For packages weighing 0-10.00 kg: €15.00
- For packages over 10.00 kg: €25.00
These costs apply to orders from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Switzerland, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Slovakia, and Romania.
For orders from Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Ireland, and Great Britain, shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Packages weighing 0-10.00 kg: €21.00
- Packages over 10.00 kg: €41.00
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
I Contadini guarantees speedy deliveries, ensuring your order is shipped within 72 hours of confirmation and payment. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, we will ship your order once we receive the payment in our bank account and confirm product availability.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
HOW DO COVID-19 TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES?
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, there may be delays in order deliveries because of reduced logistical staff. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN SHIPPING COSTS
All deliveries of purchased products are insured against theft, loss, and accidental damage at no additional cost to customers. Once the goods arrive at the destination specified by the customer in the order form and enter the customer's possession, they are no longer covered by insurance. Therefore, customers should carefully inspect the contents of the package upon delivery before signing for receipt. Products are delivered in secure, sealed packaging.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be charged upon the package's arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. I Contadini has no control over customs duties, which can vary significantly between countries. For more information, we recommend contacting the customs authorities in the destination country.
WHEN CAN I REFUSE DELIVERY?
If there are any alterations to the packaging, signs of tampering, or if the package is not intact, you have the right to refuse delivery or to sign with a reservation, clearly stating your reasons. Otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted.
If you accept the delivery with reservations, you have 8 (eight) days from the day of the receipt to file a complaint regarding any damage to the product. To do this, please send a written notification to the courier who made the delivery and also contact I Contadini directly at servizioclienti@icontadini.it for further instructions on how to address the issue. I Contadini cannot accept responsibility if these steps are not followed.
If the package is not delivered to the address provided in your order due to reasons not related to the courier, it may be returned to the sender at your expense, including all costs for reimporting the goods into Italian territory. These expenses will be deducted from any refund owed to you.
