Our process is entirely artisanal. Each tomato is harvested, selected, halved, and jarred by hand, following time-honoured methods. We preserve them with just water, salt, and lemon juice—no artificial preservatives or flavourings. Enjoy them raw or lightly sautéed, perfect for aperitifs, pasta salads, or seafood dishes.
