Their simplicity makes them extraordinarily versatile: top them with fresh tomatoes and a drizzle of oil for a healthy, quick snack, or serve them with pâté as a base for any aperitivo.
We bake them twice, following a traditional Apulian recipe passed down through generations. What sets them apart is the quality of the raw ingredients and the artisanal craftsmanship: they're made with Senatore Cappelli ancient wheat semolina, grown in our fields in Apulia and stone-ground at low temperatures.
These friselline, fragrant and light, are a more delicate variant of the traditional friselline and don't need to be dipped in water. They are sure to be a favourite with kids.
