These fresh, tender, and crispy raw artichoke hearts come from the Brindisi Violet variety, native to Salento. Grown in open fields, they are harvested from February onwards.
To savour their true essence, we prepare them in oil using traditional methods, without artificial preservatives and added seasoning.
