We take great care in every step: within 8 hours of picking, we hand-select them, strip them of their leaves and cut them one by one, just as our grandmothers taught us. There are no artificial preservatives or condiments: only pure artichokes. That's all you need.
Sauté them for a flavourful dish of fusilli with pancetta or simply drain and add them to pizza: they will bring a delightful country taste to any dish.
