"Dolce" Cherry Tomato Passata

This passata captures all the sweetness of our hand-picked cherry tomatoes, cultivated in the open fields of Apulia and harvested between July and August. We then process them, within hours of harvesting, transforming them into fresh passata at our nearby farm.
