A testament to the artisanal quality of the product, every step of the process is done by hand: each chilli pepper is carefully selected, with stalks removed and sliced into rings before being cured in salt. At the end of this meticulous process, the peppers are ground into the beloved Salento Bomba Pâté, a true explosion of flavour.
